Promotion Period
The promotion begins on 3rd December 2024 and ends on 31st December 2025. Bookings submitted outside this period will not be considered.
Eligibility
- Open to participants worldwide who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Venator USA, Venator NZ, and Johann Fanzoj are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
- To enter, book and complete any luxury hunting experience with Venator New Zealand or Venator USA in 2025 with a minimum spend of $25,000 USD.
- Bookings for hunts in 2026 or later do not qualify for this promotion.
- Each additional $25,000 USD spent on a qualifying 2025 hunting experience earns one additional entry into the giveaway.
(For example, $25,000–$50,000 equals one entry, $50,001–$75,000 equals two entries, etc.) - Both new and existing bookings for 2025 are eligible.
- All bookings must comply with the competition requirements outlined in these terms and conditions.
Prize Details
The prize consists of a custom, bespoke rifle crafted by Johann Fanzoj in collaboration with Venator. The rifle will feature the following specifications:
- Caliber: 30-06
- Action: Original M98 DWM Argentino action, Fanzoj direct adjustable trigger, three-position safety
- Barrel: High-quality Böhler barrel steel, open sights
- Stock: Custom-made Circassian walnut burr, hand-rubbed oil finish
- Scope: Swarovski Z8 I

- Caliber in gold on the floor plate

Important Notes:
- Prize details are subject to change at the discretion of Venator. Any changes will be communicated to the winner prior to award.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Liability Waiver
- By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Venator USA, Venator NZ, Johann Fanzoj, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or misuse of the prize.
- The winner is responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements to own and use the prize, including holding appropriate firearms licenses and permits as required in their country, state, or region.
- Venator USA, Venator NZ, and Johann Fanzoj are not liable for any issues arising from the winner's failure to comply with local laws or regulations.
General Terms
- Venator and Johann Fanzoj reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- All decisions made by Venator and Johann Fanzoj regarding the promotion are final and binding.
- The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees associated with the prize.
Privacy
Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and in accordance with Venator’s privacy policy.
Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the State of Oklahoma, USA. Entrants agree that any disputes arising from or relating to this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these locations.
